BIO

For more than 35 years, Patick has advised and represented clients in General Litigation, Admiralty/ Maritime disputes, Products Liability, Personal Injury and Premises Liability defense, Appellate Practice and Insurance Defense matters and has tried, as lead counsel, numerous cases in the State and Federal Courts of Louisiana and Texas. As a student in Tulane University Law School, Patrick was a member of a championship International Law Moot Court team and the winner of the Senior Trial Competition. Superior Trial Advocacy has been a focus of Patrick’s practice throughout his career. Additionally, Patrick has served as lead counsel in hundreds of mediations and court-ordered settlement conferences representing underwriters and assureds.
