BIO

Chad P. Favre grew up in coastal Mississippi, and while maintaining ties with coastal Mississippi, he has relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana after fifteen years of practicing law in Mississippi’s state and federal courts. Chad is a motivated and skilled attorney with an understanding of client-focused solutions in various areas of the practice of law, including but not limited to: appellate practice, commercial litigation, criminal defense, insurance coverage, insurance defense litigation, marine and energy litigations, medical malpractice, product liability litigation, professional liability, and toxic tort and mass litigation   Chad authored Appellate Briefs for both Mississippi Supreme and Mississippi Court of Appeals and presented Oral Arguments in state and federal courts, including Mississippi Supreme and Mississippi Court of Appeals. Chad is admitted to the Mississippi and Louisiana State Bars. The Mississippi Northern and Southern U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. District Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit.
