Peter S. Koeppel was born in New York, New York and relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana, after graduating from Georgetown University. He has been admitted to the Louisiana and Texas bars. Peter is the founder and managing partner of Koeppel LLC.

Chad P. Favre grew up in coastal Mississippi, and while maintaining ties with coastal Mississippi, he has relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana after fifteen years of practicing law in Mississippi’s state and federal courts.

Michael A. Triay is a New Orleans native.  He is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law and a member of the Moot Court Staff.  He brings over two decades of health care, environmental, insurance, construction, professional liability, and transportation litigation experience to the firm.

Claudia C. Wimberly

Claudia Carrizales Wimberly brings five years of experience defending complex environmental litigation to the firm. She has represented multinational energy corporations and transportation companies at all levels of state and federal courts. Claudia prioritizes candor, personal service, and meticulous attention to detail to develop compelling and comprehensive solutions for her clients from initial intake to the final disposition. 

Patrick T. Ducan

SENIOR COUNSEL

Patrick is a driven, analytical professional with a demonstrated track record of high performance in competitive litigation.  Patrick exhibits exceptional critical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.  He possesses strong quantitative aptitude, problem solving skills, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University and LSU Law School, where he graduated cum laude. Patrick has litigated cases in both state and federal court, at the trial and appellate level. His experience includes but is not limited to, Workers’ Compensation Law, Construction Law, Insurance Law, Casualty Litigation, and Insurance Coverage. Patrick was born and raised in Mandeville, Louisiana and has long held ties to New Orleans. 

Calder "Cal" H. Lamb

SENIOR COUNSEL

Calder H. Lamb is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and Loyola University School of Law.  Calder was admitted to Southern Methodist University as a Crow scholar and attended Loyola Law School on a full scholarship.  Prior to law school Calder worked in electricity derivatives, an educational startup, and travel.  During his time at law school Calder was a member of the Law Review, a teaching assistant for International Law Professor, Patrick Hugg, and was a law clerk for Justice James T. Genovese of the Louisiana Supreme Court.  He has experience resolving disputes in Louisiana’s state and federal courts for major oil and gas companies, prime contractors, insurers, money center banks, national gas station chains, and shipyards.  

Katherine Muslow

Katherine Muslow, provided legal counsel to the upper management leadership of the LSU Health Sciences Center and its School of Medicine, School of Dentistry, School of Nursing, School of Allied Health and Graduate School. Trial Counsel – 1st Chair in Medical Malpractice lawsuits against the University. Addressed employment, compliance, ethics, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, faculty affairs, student affairs and other legal issues of the University; educated staff and faculty as appropriate on legal requirements.  She graduated from the LSU Law School and received a B.S. and post-graduate work in History at University of Texas.
