Valerie graduated cum laude from Tulane University Law School. While an undergraduate at Yale University, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations, while studying Arabic and writing her thesis on the formation of the modern Middle East. She is an advocate for women in business and has served a long tenure as a consultant to entrepreneurs. She lives in River Ridge with her five children and spends her free time enjoying live music and staying active outdoors.
Valerie’s approach to litigation begins with the end result in mind. She is a fierce advocate for her clients, with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organization skills, penchant for planning ahead, and a dedication to clear and concise communication throughout the litigation process. With extensive experience running her own successful businesses for more than a decade, Valerie has an advantage in defending her clients’ interests in and out of the courtroom with a strategic approach founded on individual business goals and industry best practices. Valerie has defended against various liability claims in corporate law, and focuses her practice on construction claims, employment and labor law, premises liability, products liability and a multitude of corporate liability and commercial litigation cases, including experience defending corporations in multi-district litigation.
